Introduction
In this video, I explain which areas we need to work on during the course—and why—to achieve results in the jawline area. In the video, I talk about the importance of taking "before and after" photos and show examples:
Take them in daylight or with extra lighting directed at you, with your hair fully pulled up so your neck is clearly visible, and while wearing form-fitting sportswear, underwear, or a swimsuit.
Capture four angles (full-body and a close-up shot from the waist up). The camera should be positioned at shoulder height.
Here’s a pro tip: set up the camera where you plan to shoot, start recording a video of yourself, and hold each pose for 5 seconds—you can then take screenshots from the footage later.
Plus, I provide a test to show how much tension along the front of the chest and neck can affect the jawline and even the lip area.
For this course, you will need:
semi-firm ball (3–5 cm in diameter);
elastic resistance band, or a robe or kimono sash, or a long scarf, or even leggings;
large towel (such as a beach towel);
body massage oil;
Optionally:medical latex gloves;
gua sha tool;
kinesiology tape.
