In this video, I'll explain why it's important to start working on the forehead with exercises for the feet, neck and head aponeuroses.
In this module, we'll begin working with the body. You'll need ample space, a yoga mat, two tennis balls, a sock, or a double-ball massager.
In this module, we'll be working on the trapezius muscles and the head aponeurosis.
In this module, we work directly on the forehead area.

"Omg.
I had no idea how much of my forehead wrinkles were connected to the rest of my muscles on my head and even feet. (The feet release exercises are my favourite by the way! )
Thank you thank you thank you!!
My face is looking less puffy and more smooth just after one week.
Wowza."
"I like that it clear and it includes the whole body, the feet and the back Too. I love the neck massages!!!! My neck is very tense."
"I’ve taken many similar courses, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention Katya pays to detail. I don’t have deep forehead wrinkles yet, but I could feel the tension leaving my face and found it easier to smile; for me, these exercises have now become a form of meditation."
